Privacy Statement

When you click on the "PROCEED TO PAYMENT" button at stage 4 of checkout, our systems will create your order before transferring you to the SagePay payment gateway. Our systems send an email confirmation of your order upon your completing the SagePay process. If you do not complete the SagePay process we will contact you to see if you still require the order. If we do not hear from you within 2 days we will delete your details from our systems.

We will use your personal information for the purposes of fulfilling your order. This means that we will pass your name address and possibly contact details on to the courier responsible for the delivery of your order. If you cancel your order, your personal information will be deleted from our systems. If you have indicated that you are willing to accept marketing email from us we may occasionally send emails about product offerings. You can unsubscribe from these emails at any time.

Product Descriptions

All sizes quoted in product descriptions are approximate. Photographs on our website are provided to help you to identify the items you need. Please be aware that the colour shown in the photograph may differ slightly from the product’s actual colour.

Formation of Contract

All contracts are subject to Scottish, United Kingdom and European law. We reserve the right to cancel your order, or any portion of your order, in the event that we are unable to supply the items ordered, even if you have received an order confirmation email. Stock quantities indicated on our Web site are provided in good faith but are subject to human error. If we are unable to supply you with goods you have ordered and you have paid for your order, we will provide you with a prompt refund. In the event that goods are advertised at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order, even if you have received an order confirmation email.

Fulfilment of Orders Not in Stock at Time of Purchase

Our website displays the availability of each product listed (how many items we have in stock, and whether the product can be ordered even if it isn’t in stock). If the items you order are in stock, we will dispatch them promptly (usually within one to two working days). In cases where products are not in stock, but can still be ordered, an estimate of delivery times is displayed. Our ability to fulfil these orders depends on our receiving the products from the manufacturer in a timely manner. This sometimes means that we are unable to fulfil such orders within 30 days. By placing an order for items that are listed as not currently in stock, you accept that it may take longer than 30 days to fulfil your order. We will endeavour to dispatch your order to you as quickly as we possibly can, and the majority of orders are fulfiled well within 30 days. We will provide you with an estimate of how long it will take to fulfill your order once we have received this information from our suppliers. We will also let you know if the expected delivery times change. Please note that we do not authorise your payment until we have received your items from the relevant supplier. You may cancel you order at any point up until 14 days after the receipt of goods.

Currencies

Our website gives you the option of viewing prices in multiple currencies, however, our payments system uses Pounds Sterling (GBP) for all transactions. We use mid-market rates from the European Central Bank to perform the currency conversion, and we update these rates daily. However, (if GBP is not your own currency) please be aware that banks use their own conversion rate, and may charge you a one-off fee for a foreign currency transaction. Therefore, all prices quoted in currencies other than Pounds Sterling are approximate.

Payment

Full payment is required prior to dispatch. We accept payment by credit/debit card, PayPal, or bank transfer. If payment is not received within 14 days of your order being ready to dispatch, the order will be cancelled.

Value-Added Tax

VAT is added to all items shipped to addresses within the E.U., (unless you are able to provide us with a valid VAT number, in which case we can supply you with a VAT-free invoice). VAT on new items is 20%, whereas there is no VAT on used items. Where an order is shipped outside of the European Union, VAT will not be added to the order total. The prices on our website for new items therefore vary depending on destination selected for your Shopping Basket is within the EU.

Import Duties

For shipments made to destinations outside of the European Union, import duties may apply. Import duties are solely the responsibility of the purchaser. For further information we recommend that you contact your local authorities.

Delivery

It is your responsibility to provide us with correct delivery address details; we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery in cases where incorrect details have been provided. All packages are safely wrapped with appropriate packing materials. In the unlikely event of breakages or lost parcels, please notify us within 14 days. We will supply replacements free of charge, or provide a refund if this is not possible.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order prior to shipment, or within 14 days of delivery. Notification of cancellation may be via email, by post, or by telephone. We ask that the goods are returned within 14 days of receipt. If you fail to return the goods, we reserve the right to charge for the cost of collecting the goods, and you are legally obliged to make them freely available for collection. When an order is cancelled according to the procedure described above the full purchase and shipping costs will be refunded to you promptly.
