No, postage and packing costs are not included in item prices.
How much does postage and packing cost?
Postage and packing costs are dependent on weight and are calculated automatically during checkout. You will be informed of all costs prior to entering your payment information.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes we do. Details of destinations for which we offer free delivery and their relevant thresholds may be seen in the table below. Orders qualifying for free delivery will be sent either by our standard shipping method (Parcelforce 48 for UK orders, Parcelforce Euro Priority Business for European destinations) or via our economy service (MyHermes), depending on the weight of the parcel.
How will you ship my order?
You will be able to chose your preferred delivery method during checkout. Please note that not all services are available at all weights.
UK orders are shipped via Parcelforce 24/48, Royal Mail 24/48, or via myHermes. Orders to the rest of Europe, the USA, Canada, Japan and Australia/New Zealand are sent via Royal Mail Airmail, Parcelforce Euro Priority Business or Parcelforce Global Priority, depending on the destination and the weight of the parcel(s).

Where all items are in stock, orders will usually ship within one to two working days. Where items are on order from the manufacturer, delivery estimates are given on the individual pattern page.

Can I collect my order from your premises?
You are welcome to collect your order from our premises; please contact us to arrange a suitable time. Please note that if you are collecting your order it is not possible to pay by credit card over the telephone: Credit card payments must be made in person if the order is to be collected from our premises. Alternative payment methods may be used.
Do your shipping rates cover import duties?
No, import duties are solely the responsibility of the purchaser. Certain import duties may apply for orders shipped outside the European Union. We would advise you to contact your local authorities for further information.
